Our factory is equipped with fully automatic silicone machine laser marking machines, ultrasonic cleaning equipment and automatic packaging assembly lines.
The entire production process: silicone raw material molding → manual trimming → finished product packaging. It adopts standardized mechanical assembly line operations, significantly improving production efficiency and ensuring stable product consistency and timely delivery.
Furthermore, strict quality control measures are implemented at each stage to minimize defects and ensure compliance with international safety standards. The integration of automated inspection systems allows for real-time monitoring, reducing human error and enhancing overall reliability. This streamlined approach not only optimizes resource utilization but also supports sustainable manufacturing practices by minimizing waste. R&D Team
We have a professional R&D team including industrial designers, structural mold engineers, fabric material engineers and craft technicians with more than 7 years of experience in fidget decompression toy development.
The team is responsible for new product shape design, internal structure optimization, mold development, material selection testing and hand sample verification.
Each new product undergoes multiple rounds of flipping durability test, safety material test before mass production. We accept customer creative ideas and complete customized development from conception to finished goods.
Quality Control QC
IQC Incoming Material Inspection
Plush fabric, silicone raw materials, sewing thread and accessories are inspected before entering the workshop; test safety, tensile resistance, color fastness, odor; unqualified raw materials are directly rejected.
IPQC In-line Patrol Inspection
QC inspectors patrol each production station in real time: check sewing tightness, fabric skew, silicone assembly firmness, screen printing deviation; pick out unqualified products such as thread shedding, loose stitching in time.
FQC Finished Product Full Inspection
100% manual inspection of finished products: repeated flipping durability test, appearance defect inspection, size measurement, fabric surface inspection; defective products are classified and scrapped uniformly.
OQC Pre-shipment Inspection
Check packaging integrity, order quantity accuracy, outer carton sealing and shipping mark information before delivery; random sampling re-inspection to ensure the goods delivered are fully qualified.
Third-party regular testing
Regularly send products to third-party authoritative institutions for safety performance testing to comply with global toy access standards.
